About Michael Myers
Michael S. Myers has concentrated his practice on personal injury negotiations since 1992 and is recognized as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer. He arrived in Las Vegas in 1980, where he clerked for U.S. Senator Harry Reid before entering civil practice in 1982. His early litigation work included complex mass disaster cases, among them the defense of the Las Vegas Hilton following the February 1981 hotel fire and Clark County following the May 1988 PEPCON explosion. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Over more than 35 years, he served as an arbitrator and mediator and is licensed to practice in all Nevada state and federal courts as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Nevada Bar Association and regularly taught CLE seminars on personal injury law.
