Background

Austin G. Ward is a senior trial lawyer at Adamson Ahdoot LLP, representing plaintiffs in complex civil cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and pharmaceutical-related injuries. He has recovered more than $100 million in jury awards and settlements for clients throughout Southern California. Ward earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2016 with honors as a Dean's Merit Scholar and recipient of the Terry M. Giles Award. While at Pepperdine, he competed in interschool moot court and mock trial, winning multiple national and international competitions and receiving the 2013 "Top Gun" award (top 16 student trial advocates nationally). He earned undergraduate degrees in Philosophy and Reasoning from Westmont College. He is admitted to the California State Bar (Bar number 300654). In 2013, Ward completed an internship with the Honorable Robert L. Wilkins in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Before joining Adamson Ahdoot, he was a prosecutor at the Ventura County District Attorney's Office, securing hundreds of convictions and restitutions for victims. Ward has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star multiple times. In 2017, he was a finalist for the Consumer Attorneys of California Streetfighter of the Year Award for helping a woman who had fled violence in Guatemala stay in the United States.
