Tim Henshaw

Tim Henshaw handles injury litigation from Chattanooga, concentrating on trucking collisions, industrial accidents, and other commercial vehicle cases across Tennessee and Georgia, and has recovered more than $27 million for his clients. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee and cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law, where he served as associate research editor of the law review and won awards in trial advocacy and appellate argument. He is a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and the trial lawyer associations of both states he serves.
