John Grinnan

John Grinnan is a trial attorney at Arnold & Itkin LLP in Houston, focused on wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. He grew up in Dallas, studied government at The University of Texas at Austin, and earned his JD cum laude from South Texas College of Law, graduating in the top 15% of his class. Before joining Arnold & Itkin in 2021, he practiced at Clark, Love & Hutson; Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto & Friend; and Perdue Kidd & Vickery, building nearly a decade of experience in pharmaceutical product liability and personal injury litigation. He helped secure a $185 million settlement for seamen injured during a severe weather event.
