Background
R. Bryant McCulley is the Managing Partner and Owner of Ashcraft & Gerel, LLP, having joined in March 2021. He is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice spans antitrust, securities, healthcare, and mass tort matters. Notable results include leading work on an $82 million settlement in a nationwide RICO class action and a $24 million settlement in a multistate indirect purchaser antitrust class action; collectively, antitrust matters in which he has been involved have recovered over $2 billion. He has represented clients in mass torts including the BP Oil Spill and Camp Lejeune water contamination cases, and has served as outside counsel to the States of Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Utah in healthcare fraud litigation. After law school, he clerked for the Hon. Karon O. Bowdre of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
