Brett Riegel

Brett J. Riegel is Of Counsel at Attorneys For Freedom Law Firm and a founding member of ARM Lawyers in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. A Berwick, PA native and Eagle Scout, he completed honors graduation from Dickinson College and earned his JD from the Dickinson School of Law. After a one-year clerkship with Monroe County Court of Common Pleas Judge Peter J. O'Brien, he co-founded Amori & Riegel, LLC where he served as primary litigation partner for nearly 16 years. He has handled hundreds of criminal matters across 14 Pennsylvania judicial districts, 7 New Jersey judicial districts, and Federal District Courts, with appellate experience before Pennsylvania's Commonwealth, Superior, and Supreme Courts, the Federal 3rd Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His practice covers criminal defense, family law, personal injury, business and real estate litigation, and appeals.
