Herbert Auger

Herbert W. Auger is a Partner at Auger & Auger, a personal injury law firm. With more than 20 years of legal practice — 16+ years in North Carolina — he started his career at a large firm representing personal injury victims in auto, bus, motorcycle, and trucking accidents, as well as medical malpractice and workers' compensation cases.

Auger founded his own practice in 1992 in New York and relocated to North Carolina in 1995. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Long Island University in 1987 and his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1990.
