Jason Green

Jason Barrett Green is the Managing Attorney at Bader Law, with over two decades of courtroom experience in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He earned his undergraduate degree from Morehouse College and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. Admitted to the Georgia bar in 1999, Jason spent more than a decade as a prosecutor in some of Georgia's busiest jurisdictions, including Fulton County's Major Case Division, where he tried over 30 murder trials. He has secured multiple seven-figure jury verdicts in civil cases and oversees case strategy and litigation workflow across the firm. Jason is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), which limits membership to attorneys who have tried a significant number of jury trials to verdict.
