Joe Leaman

Joseph T. Leaman, known to clients as Joe, is a Workers' Compensation Attorney at Bader Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from Davidson College and his law degree from Mercer University School of Law. Admitted to the Georgia bar in 1986, Joe has dedicated over 30 years to workers' compensation law. He originally represented both employers and employees in workers' compensation disputes before focusing exclusively on injured workers, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how claims are evaluated, defended, and resolved. Joe has served as President of the Georgia Injured Workers Advocates, Chair of the Workers' Compensation Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and has been a long-standing member of the State Board of Workers' Compensation Advisory Council.
