Born in Jacksonville, Florida and raised in Illinois and California, Baggett has approximately 20 years of legal experience. He is a published author with work referenced in the Business Review Law Journal and is the author of five appellate decisions including Gerhardt v. Crowe, Motorola Solutions v. Williams, Koresco v. Crowe, Arbor Realty Trust v. Hanna, and Boykin Management v. Hanna.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2005 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Florida in 2001. He is admitted to the Florida and Georgia Bars.
