Joseph Younes is a trial attorney and junior partner at BD&J, PC, where he represents individuals and families involved in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. His practice focuses on complex, serious injury matters involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, commercial vehicle collisions, construction site accidents, and premises liability. In just under seven years at BD&J, PC, Joseph has recovered over $200 million on behalf of his clients, including numerous seven and high eight figure results. Joseph approaches every case with a trial-ready mindset. He has experience litigating in both state and federal courts, handling all phases of litigation through verdict.
