Gary Becker

Gary Becker (deceased) was the founding member of Becker Law Office in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a trailblazer in legal advertising and believed lawyers had constitutional rights to commercial free speech.

Becker attended Indiana University. He was admitted to practice in Kentucky.

In 1985, he shifted from representing insurance companies and corporations to exclusively serving everyday people against wealthy and powerful entities. After retiring from law practice in 2004, he established a charitable foundation supporting hundreds of individuals through philanthropic work.
