Lisa Fletcher

Lisa M. Fletcher is a senior litigation attorney at Berg Injury Lawyers. She earned her B.A. cum laude from UC Berkeley in 1993 with a double major in Rhetoric and African-American Studies, receiving the Chancellor's Academic Achievement Award and the Chancellor's Most Distinguished Student Award. She received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997, where she earned the Cali Award for Highest Achievement in Constitutional Law and served on the Moot Court Board and National Moot Court Team. She was admitted in the Southern District of Florida in 1999 and the Eastern District of California in 2020. She is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the National Bar Association, and the UC Berkeley and University of Miami alumni associations.
