Brooke Perez

Brooke Perez is a Workers' Compensation attorney at Bernheim Kelley Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers, where she focuses on employee injury claims and recovery. She has more than 26 years of experience.

Perez earned her J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1998 and her B.A. in English from Tulane University in 1994. She was admitted to the Florida bar in 1999 and was admitted to the Minnesota bar from 2010 to 2012.

She was named the 2003 Florida Workers' Advocates Rookie of the Year and holds leadership roles in several local nonprofit organizations.
