Jason Zajdel

Jason A. Zajdel, Esq. is a Trial Attorney at Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law, based in the firm's Ewing, New Jersey office. He represents catastrophic injury and wrongful death victims in complex litigation involving motor vehicle, trucking, and motorcycle collisions; construction incidents; premises liability; negligent security; negligent entrustment; and sexual assault matters.

Zajdel previously defended corporations and insurance companies — at firms including Hoffman Sternberg Karpf & Lynch, Stark & Stark, Goldberg Segalla, and Rawle & Henderson — and earlier worked as a claims adjuster for a national insurance company. That dual perspective informs his current advocacy on the plaintiffs' side.

He was selected to Pennsylvania/New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2025–2026.

Zajdel earned his B.A. from Syracuse University and his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law. He is admitted to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bar and to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.
