Kenneth Thayer

Kenneth Thayer, Esq. is an expert Workers' Compensation and Vaccine Injury Attorney at Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law, with more than 20 years of experience. While he has represented clients in personal injury, medical malpractice, and premises liability matters — including numerous civil jury and workers' compensation trials to verdict — he currently focuses exclusively on workers' compensation and vaccine injury claims.

Thayer earned his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from Providence College, and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Arizona and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
