John Carucci

John Carucci, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law, who established the firm's Boston office in 2025. He has dedicated his career to representing clients and their families throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire in both state and federal courts.

Carucci has represented hundreds of clients in medical malpractice and personal injury claims, contributing to the recovery of tens of millions of dollars in settlements and trial verdicts. He previously worked at a nationally-recognized plaintiff-side medical malpractice firm and at a regional personal injury firm, with earlier career experience as a defense attorney. His specializations include medical malpractice (especially cancer misdiagnosis), birth injury claims, automobile accidents, defective products, and premises liability.

He earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his undergraduate degree from St. Mary's College of Maryland. He is admitted to the Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bars at both state and federal levels.
