Evan Shaw

Evan P. Shaw is a Trial Attorney at Buckfire Law, an experienced litigator with nearly 30 years in litigation law. He specializes in first-party auto claims, third-party auto negligence, and motorcycle, pedestrian, and bicycle accidents.

Shaw earned his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University School of Law in 1993 and his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1989. He is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.

Shaw joined Buckfire in September 2023 after working as a trial attorney at a personal injury law firm in metro Detroit. He has more than 25 years of legal experience in personal injury and healthcare. His results include a $3,000,000 birth injury settlement and a $2,300,000 police shooting wrongful death settlement.
