Samantha Beatty

Samantha E. Beatty's practice is focused on construction defect litigation. She received her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2024. While at Oregon Law, she was one of four students chosen for the Wills for the Underserved Program, served as a legal intern at an environmental nonprofit, and spent a summer abroad in Venice, Italy aiding regional government authorities. She also served as a Board Member for the First-Generation Law Students Association and the Green Business Initiative. Prior to law school, she obtained an Honors B.S. in Environmental and Sustainability Studies from the University of Utah and completed two and a half years of engineering studies, giving her an advantage in understanding expert reports in construction defect cases.
