Background

Jason Silva, Esq. is the Lead Attorney for Campione Law P.A.'s VA Disability and Florida Workers' Compensation division, dedicating his practice to assisting veterans and first responders in securing the benefits they have earned. He is a VA-accredited attorney with a focus on disabled veterans and injured workers. Silva originally attended the University of California, San Diego on a Navy ROTC scholarship, but after sustaining injuries in a car accident, he left the Navy ROTC program and turned to law to continue serving others. During law school, he spent a year with Virginia Legal Aid's Lynchburg office representing underserved clients. Outside of his practice, Silva serves as a Board member of Jax Filipinos, a nonprofit supporting the Filipino community in Jacksonville, and as President of the Jacksonville Asian American Bar Association. He earned his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law and his Bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
