David Poe

David Poe is a Trial Attorney at Cantor Injury Law, where he focuses on cases involving injury caused by the negligence of individuals, businesses, and corporate entities. He studied business and German before pursuing a legal education at Saint Louis University School of Law. He began his career in the mass tort department of a St. Louis personal injury firm, then sought litigation-focused work and joined Cantor Injury Law. Over more than eight years at the firm, David has co-chaired high-stakes trials alongside Mark Cantor, including a case that resulted in a $700,000 verdict for an injured motorcyclist in Crawford County, Missouri, and a $560,000 workers' compensation settlement.
