About Reed Werner
Reed J. Werner represents plaintiffs in personal injury and negligence matters at Carter Cullen, drawing on a broad background in civil litigation, construction law, employment law, and insurance defense. He earned his undergraduate degree in sociology from Brigham Young University, then received his Juris Doctor from Willamette University School of Law. In 2004, he moved to Nevada and passed the bar, joining a firm that handled civil litigation, commercial disputes, construction, and employment matters. He later served as in-house counsel for a large construction company, where he also passed the California Bar, and subsequently worked for major insurance carriers including Nationwide and The Hartford. After observing tactics he found unfair to injured individuals, Reed made a deliberate shift to plaintiff-side representation. He is President of the Moapa Valley Rotary Club and serves as a Volunteer Panel Chair on the Southern Nevada Disciplinary Panel of the State Bar of Nevada.
