Roger Drake

Roger D. Drake focuses his practice at Carter Cullen on Social Security Disability claims, appeals, and federal court disability representation. He earned his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2002, graduating cum laude, then served as a judicial law clerk for Ohio's state court of appeals. He moved to California, where he practiced law in Los Angeles for 15 years before relocating to Las Vegas. Over his career, Roger has guided more than 1,000 clients through disability claims, hearings, and appeals, including representation before federal courts. He is admitted in Nevada and California and is a member of the Nevada Justice Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.
