Daniel Berke

Daniel Berke is a personal injury attorney and trial lawyer representing individuals across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Since beginning his legal career in 2014, he has handled over 13 jury trials and secured hundreds of successful results in and out of the courtroom. One of his most meaningful accomplishments involved representing a client who suffered serious injuries after slipping on black ice and faced losing his home due to unpaid mortgage payments during recovery -- Daniel secured a result that covered those losses and helped his client move forward. He earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and his B.A. in History from Florida State University.
