James Moher

James M. Moher is a litigation attorney at Cicchiello & Cicchiello, LLP. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with honors from Boston College in 2008 and graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2011 as a recipient of the Dean's Scholarship. Attorney Moher represents plaintiffs in employment and personal injury matters. His practice draws on experience in insurance defense, business law, and complex commercial negotiations, providing a practical understanding of how cases are evaluated, defended, and resolved. He began his legal career at Howard, Kohn, Sprague & Fitzgerald, handling more than 100 litigation matters from inception through resolution. He later practiced business and transactional law at Bulkley Richardson, advising companies on formation, governance, and commercial transactions. In addition to his legal practice, Attorney Moher founded, led, and sold a national events company and has held senior leadership roles at a publicly traded fintech company. He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and Massachusetts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
