Mia Mallette

Mia Mallette is a Trial Lawyer at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Mallette earned her Juris Doctor (Highest Pro Bono Honors) from the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada.

A Las Vegas native, Mallette interned at Nevada's legislature during undergrad. During law school, she contributed to the Nevada Law Journal and volunteered with Kids Court School. She joined Claggett & Sykes as a law clerk in 2020 and clerked at the Eighth Judicial District Court under Hon. Mary Kay Holthus after completing her JD.
