Sean Claggett

Sean Claggett is the Founding Partner and lead Trial Lawyer at Claggett & Sykes Trial Lawyers in Las Vegas, Nevada, which he established in 2005. He represents clients in complex personal injury cases nationwide. The firm has grown to over 60 employees, including more than 20 attorneys.

Claggett earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2003 and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UNLV in 2000. He served as staff editor of the Nevada Law Journal, was a member of the National Moot Court team, and won the Society of Advocates oral argument competition. He is admitted to the State Bar of Nevada.

Claggett serves as Adjunct Professor at UNLV Boyd School of Law since 2013. His honors include Nevada Justice Association Trial Lawyer of the Year (2017), Titan of Trial by Trial Lawyers University, AV Preeminent rating, AVVO 10/10, and Mountain States Super Lawyer (2014-2022).
