Thomas Tomasik

Thomas (T.J.) Tomasik is a dedicated trial attorney and partner at the firm, bringing more than a decade of experience advocating for individuals and families harmed by the negligence of others. T.J. has played a key role in securing significant recoveries for his clients, including an $8 million verdict for the wrongful death of a 67-year-old woman whose cardiac condition went undiagnosed and untreated, a $19.5 million settlement for a child who suffered a birth injury, and a $4 million settlement on behalf of the family of a 40-year-old woman who died from unrecognized complications of a sickle cell crisis. His track record also includes a $1.8 million settlement for a man who underwent unnecessary and improper spinal surgeries and a $1.2 million settlement for a man who required extensive treatment following a missed ankle fracture diagnosis.
