Jill Stanley

Jill F. Stanley is a founding Partner of Cohen & Cohen Personal Injury Lawyers in Washington, D.C., where she handles personal injury and medical malpractice cases. She has helped obtain millions of dollars on behalf of her clients.

Before founding the firm, Stanley served as an Assistant District Attorney, where she honed her trial skills. She is also an adjunct law professor at George Washington University Law School.

Stanley earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan.

Stanley regularly serves as a legal commentator for media outlets including CNN/HLN, CBS News, NBC News, The New York Post, and USA Today. She previously worked as a freelance reporter for America's Most Wanted. She has been selected to Super Lawyers from 2020 through 2025.
