From 2008 to 2011, he served as Assistant Attorney General for the Oregon Department of Justice, representing the state in civil litigation. He rejoined Coker Law in 2011 and was elevated to partner in 2017.
Sprague has tried several cases to juries in both state and federal courts with consistently positive results. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and holds retired status in Oregon.
