Aaron Sprague

Aaron Sprague is a shareholder at Coker Law in Jacksonville, Florida, with over two decades of litigation experience. He represents injury victims in personal injury and wrongful death cases across multiple practice areas including bicycle accidents, brain injuries, car accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, truck accidents, and wrongful death.

Sprague earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan in 2002 and his B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University in 1999. Upon graduating law school, he joined Coker Law as an associate attorney. From 2008 to 2011, he served as Assistant Attorney General for the Oregon Department of Justice, representing the state in civil litigation. He rejoined Coker Law in 2011 and was elevated to partner in 2017.

Sprague has tried several cases to juries in both state and federal courts with consistently positive results. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and holds retired status in Oregon.
