Corinne Hodak

Corinne 'Cory' Hodak is a Shareholder and trial attorney at Coker Law in Jacksonville, Florida, where she leads the firm's medical malpractice and patient advocacy practice. She represents patients harmed by medical negligence, defective medical products, and complex multi-district medical litigation, drawing on more than three decades as a lawyer and over a decade of prior experience as an ICU registered nurse.

Hodak has been recognized as Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Jacksonville Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), where she has served as President of the Jacksonville chapter and as National Secretary. She received the ABOTA Foundation Founder's Award in 2021, the F. Scott Baldwin Award for Outstanding Trial Lawyer, and the Mike Dewberry Award in 2017. She is a consistent selection to Best Lawyers in America, Florida Super Lawyers, Florida Top Lawyers, and Jacksonville Top Lawyers, and is a member of the Chester Bedell American Inn of Court.

Hodak earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1989, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing summa cum laude from the University of North Florida, and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Florida Junior College. She is admitted to The Florida Bar and the Massachusetts Bar. Outside her practice, she serves as an adjunct professor at the University of North Florida College of Health, sits on the UNF Foundation Board, and is a Trustee Emeritus of the University of Florida College of Law.
