Dana Jacobs

Dana Jacobs is a shareholder at Coker Law in Jacksonville, Florida, with extensive experience in personal injury and civil trial litigation. Licensed in both Florida and Georgia, she has built a career spanning premises liability, automobile and trucking accidents, wrongful death, and toxic tort cases.

Jacobs earned her J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 2008 and her B.S. from the University of Florida in 2004, where she graduated in the top five of her class from the College of Journalism and Communications with a focus on public relations and a minor in criminology. In law school, she won Best Oralist and Best Team awards in the Final Four Moot Court Competition.

After law school, Jacobs practiced insurance defense at Boyd & Jenerette in Jacksonville before joining the Saalfield Shad firm, where she was promoted to partner in 2012. She transitioned to plaintiff-side personal injury at Coker Law, where she now serves as a shareholder and member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
