Background

Daniel Iracki is a Shareholder at Coker Law in Jacksonville, Florida, and the youngest named partner in the firm's 45-year history. He concentrates his practice on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, and is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar — a credential he has held continuously since 2013, making him one of the youngest board-certified civil trial lawyers in the state. Iracki has tried more than 80 civil jury trials, with combined judgments and verdicts exceeding $135 million and more than 22 multi-million-dollar verdicts. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (invited 2024) and a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers — at the time of his induction, the youngest Florida member and second youngest in the United States. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America for plaintiff personal injury work since 2016 and named to Florida Super Lawyers since 2022. Before joining Coker Law, Iracki clerked with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General Corps at Fort McPherson and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida, and served as a legal advisor to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. He earned his B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Duquesne University in 2003 and his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2007. Iracki is active in the trial bar and the Jacksonville community. He serves on the Florida Bar's Civil Trial Certification Committee and the Trial Lawyers' Section Executive Council, sits on the Board of Directors of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and is the immediate past president of the Jacksonville Justice Association. He is also a long-time supporter of the Child Cancer Fund and volunteers with the ABA Military Pro Bono Project.
