Curtis Miner

Curtis (Curt) Miner is a trial lawyer with 30 years of experience in complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense, with a practice spanning business litigation, nationwide class actions, mass torts, personal injury and wrongful death cases, and governmental investigations. He has tried dozens of cases before juries and judges in state and federal courts, and notable appointments include Lead Counsel for the Personal Injury Track in the Takata Airbags MDL and Liaison Counsel for the Wrongful Death Class in the Champlain Towers South Collapse Litigation. He previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of Florida from 1999 to 2004, prosecuting major crimes and public corruption cases, and before that practiced civil litigation at boutique New York firms.
