Sabrina Saieh

Sabrina S. Saieh's practice focuses on products liability, commercial litigation, personal injury, class action, and multidistrict litigation, representing clients in complex matters across federal and state courts involving defective products, dangerous drugs, catastrophic injuries, and mass tort litigation. In law school she served as Articles Editor for the FIU Law Review and as Legal Research Assistant to the Dean, made the Dean's List each semester, received the book award in Securities Regulation, and was selected as an FIU Foreign Language and Area Studies Fellow. Her case experience includes the Takata Airbag MDL with settlements exceeding $1 billion, the Havana Docks litigation against Carnival, Royal, NCL, and MSC yielding approximately $450 million in judgments, the 3M Products Liability MDL involving defective earplugs, Proton Beam Radiation Therapy cases, the SharkBite Products Liability Class Action, and the MCNA Data Breach Class Action.
