Christopher Carver

Chris Carver is an attorney responsible for both trial and appellate cases. He is a seasoned litigator who, in September 2024, was named Partner of the firm. Chris has tried over 50 cases to verdict as first chair trial counsel. His expertise extends to appellate work, where he has served as primary appellate counsel before seven different courts of appeals, including the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. His accomplishments include serving as both trial and appellate counsel in cases before the United States Supreme Court and the Texas Supreme Court. His skills have earned him board certification in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Following his success in Motorcyclist v. Commercial Vehicle Driver, Chris was named to both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Beyond the courtroom, he has served two terms as President of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of West Texas.
