Mallory Moxham

Mallory Moxham was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, before moving to Texas where she graduated with honors from Texas State University. She went on to earn her law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, where she was a proud member of the mock trial team and dedicated her time to the Human Rights and Immigration Clinic, providing advocacy for some of the most vulnerable members of the community. Today, Mallory leads the Daspit Law Firm’s Missouri office, where she continues to successfully represent clients who need it the most. She is actively licensed to practice law in both Texas and Missouri, bringing her knowledge and dedication to every case she handles. When she is not advocating for her clients, Mallory enjoys traveling and spending time with her beloved dogs.
