Dennis Hernandez

Dennis Hernandez is a fifth-generation native of Tampa, Florida, from a family with a long tradition of service in law enforcement and the military. He began practicing law at age 24 and, after four years of practice, founded Dennis Hernandez Injury Attorneys in 1996 at age 28. He earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University, then went on to earn law degrees from Florida State University College of Law and Harvard Law School. Dennis has practiced personal injury law in Florida for over 30 years, helping hundreds of families across Tampa Bay and the state recover substantial settlements and verdicts for injuries caused by others' negligence. He is one of only 1,378 attorneys who have graduated from the Trial Lawyers College. The firm focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability, with offices in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Bradenton, Fort Myers, Orlando, and Lakeland.
