Robert Mintz

Robert Mintz serves as Litigation Director at Devkota Law Firm, bringing more than 30 years of litigation experience to the firm's personal injury practice. He spent much of his career as a partner at a large multi-state defense firm, where he chaired its Health Law Group, defended medical professionals, and managed a heavy docket of medical malpractice cases through numerous jury trials. Earlier in his career, before his bar admission, he clerked for John W. Lungstrum prior to Lungstrum's appointment to the federal bench. Having worked both sides of the courtroom, Mintz now applies that defense-honed insight on behalf of injured plaintiffs, with a reputation for efficient, tenacious advocacy.
