Nick D'Agostino

Nick D'Agostino is a personal injury attorney at DK Law specializing in automobile collisions, dog bite attacks, product liability matters, and slip and fall accidents. He began his legal career as a defense attorney for major insurance carriers before transitioning to plaintiff representation. While in law school, he served as a law clerk for both the Orange County District Attorney and the San Diego City Attorney, and earned his J.D. on a Merit Scholarship.
