Background

Seth Gladstein is a Partner at Dolt, Thompson, Shepherd, Conway & Stanton, PSC, with more than two decades of legal experience. He focuses on medical malpractice and serious personal injury cases, including birth injuries, medication errors, nursing home abuse, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death. He began his career in New York City defending major hospitals and physicians before returning to Louisville in 2005. He founded the Gladstein Law Firm in 2011 and joined Dolt, Thompson as partner in 2025. He served as President of the Louisville Bar Association.
