Peter Hakim

Peter Hakim earned his Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Northridge and his Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne, where he served as an Editor for the Law Journal and was an Assistant Professor in the transactional department. He is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California. He focuses on premises liability, governmental liability, motor vehicle accidents, Uber/Lyft accidents, dog bites, severe burn injuries, assault and battery, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, and traumatic brain injury cases. He is known for his assertive approach to countering insurance company tactics on behalf of his clients.
