Julie Foss

Julie Foss, Esq. is a Personal Injury Attorney at Dunnion Law and a first-generation American driven by a passion for advocacy. She describes herself as a passionate advocate who approaches the law with energy, conviction, and heart, committed to helping those overlooked by complex legal systems.

Foss has been recognized with Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer and National Trial Lawyers Top 100 honors, along with Top 10 Trucking Trial Lawyers and multiple county-level settlement rankings (#1 in single-vehicle accidents, rideshare accidents, premises liability, pedestrian accidents, and car accidents across various counties). She has participated in cases resulting in significant settlements and verdicts including a $21.5 million truck accident, a $9.55 million trailer accident, and an $8 million dog bite case.

She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon Clark Honors College, and has additional training in Complex Research and Motion Resource. She is admitted to the State Bar of California.
