Gary Porter

Gary A. Porter is a Senior Partner and Attorney at East Valley Injury Law and Riggs Ellsworth & Porter in Arizona. He has been practicing law for over 24 years, with a primary focus on personal injury.

Porter has represented thousands of individuals injured in a variety of accidents, including automobile accidents, semi-tractor trailer accidents, product liability cases, premises liability cases including defective construction, slip and fall, trip and fall, work injuries, bicycle accidents, dog bite cases, and horse incidents. He also practices in estate planning and has prepared wills and trusts for many individuals and families.

Porter earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University and his undergraduate degree in accounting from Arizona State University. He is admitted to practice law in both State and Federal Courts.

A third-generation Arizona Native, Porter speaks fluent Spanish. He has dedicated many hours to community service, building houses in Mexico and teaching at medical and dental clinics throughout Central and South America.
