Janet Rafferty

Janet Rafferty earned her undergraduate degree in Criminology and Justice Studies from Kent State University and her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University Kline School of Law with a concentration in Civil Litigation. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She was selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers' Rising Stars list in 2026. At the firm she focuses on providing support and guidance to clients experiencing unexpected hardship so they can focus on recovering while she handles their legal matters.
