Jerry Hutton

Jerry Hutton has been selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list from 2012 through 2026 and named one of the Top 50 Attorneys in Pittsburgh from 2016 to 2021. He has also been voted for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America since 2017. Attorney Hutton earned both his undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from Duquesne University, where he received the Thomas J. and Rose T. Brennan McManus Academic Scholarship, served on the Law Review as Executive Comment Editor, and graduated eighth in his class. He is licensed to practice in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
