Ed Bernstein

Edward M. 'Ed' Bernstein is the Owner and Founding Partner of Edward M. Bernstein & Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has nearly 50 years of legal experience providing personal injury representation in matters including motor vehicle accidents, truck collisions, slip-and-falls, and workers' compensation.

Bernstein earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1975 and his Bachelor's degree from Long Island University in 1971. He is admitted to practice in Nevada.

Bernstein moved to Southern Nevada in 1976, where he worked as a public defender, and in 1977 formed his own firm. He has hosted Nevada's longest-running television talk show, The Ed Bernstein Show, since 1989.
