Andrew Scott

Andrew Douglas Scott is a personal injury attorney at Farah & Farah's Jacksonville, Florida office, where he handles motor vehicle, slip-and-fall, and other personal injury matters. He draws on years of commercial litigation experience to resolve complex personal injury cases efficiently for individual clients.

Scott began his legal career in commercial litigation at a Jacksonville firm, working there for nearly two years after law school before transitioning to plaintiffs' personal injury practice in 2017 — a shift driven by his desire to represent individuals rather than large businesses and insurance companies. During law school he clerked for the Honorable Daniel Wilensky in Clay County and for a large insurance defense firm.

Scott earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Florida and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Florida College of Law. He attended Florida Coastal School of Law during his first year, where he earned book awards in Property Law I, Contracts I, Lawyering Process I, and Lawyering Process II, before transferring back to Gainesville and graduating with honors.

Scott is admitted to The Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Jacksonville Justice Association.
