VerifiedAbout Eddie Farah
Eddie Farah is the founding partner and personal injury lawyer at Farah & Farah in Jacksonville, Florida, a firm he co-founded with his brother Chuck Farah in 1979. From a single downtown Jacksonville office, the brothers have grown the firm into a multi-state plaintiffs' personal injury practice with offices from Atlanta to West Palm Beach, recovering more than $2 billion on behalf of clients to date.
A Jacksonville native, Eddie has practiced exclusively in personal injury law since 1979 and has built Farah & Farah into the exclusive injury law firm of the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars. He has hosted the 'Legal Live' radio show on News 104.5 WOKV for nearly two decades, has been featured in Attorney at Law Magazine's special issue on legal legacy, and contributes to Law360 on hurricane insurance claims. The firm is also a family enterprise — Eddie's son Khalil and daughter Dalya now practice alongside him as the third generation.
Farah was named to the Lawdragon 500 Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers 2025. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law. He is admitted to The Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is fluent in Arabic and is a member of the Florida Justice Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
