Lindsey Cappola

Lindsey Cappola is a Premises Liability Litigation Attorney at Farah & Farah's Orlando, Florida office. She represents clients injured due to unsafe property conditions and brings five years of state prosecutor experience to her plaintiffs' work, along with a stint at a boutique firm where she handled personal injury, family law, and probate matters.

Cappola has held positions at the Eighth Judicial Circuit Office of the Public Defender, the Third and Fifth Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Offices, Keith Taylor Law Group, and Morgan & Morgan, before joining Farah & Farah. Her addition to the firm was announced in The Florida Bar's 'On the Move' section on November 1, 2025.

Cappola has been recognized with the Florida Bar President's Pro Bono Service Award and the MVP Pro Bono Champion Award.

She earned her B.A. in Political Science (Pre-Law) from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. She is a member of The Florida Bar.
